Arts

Arts & You August - December 2024

Welcome to Arts Development

Our Vision: By 2028 the arts will be fully integrated into the heart of North Lanarkshire Council multi-sectoral strategic planning, ensuring the Arts Development team is included, and a key player across all council sectors to tackle key social issues and inequalities within North Lanarkshire.

Want to find out how we will achieve this? Read our strategy.

Interested in taking part in creative activity?

We have our community arts programme, North Lanarkshire’s Arts & You.

Classes can be booked week to week or, if you’d like to book the block, simply select all available weeks. If you’d like to pay by the week, that’s ok too – just as long as you remember to book in advance.

Got a project idea or want to speak to someone about creative activity in North Lanarkshire?

We have a great team of Arts Development Officers who are passionate about all thing’s arts. So, whether you are interested in performing, playing an instrument, visual arts, or photography – we have something for everyone!

Join in. Have fun. Be creative.
